Adult Services

Our adult services include all of our regular services plus a few extras that are listed below.

Home Delivery Service

Are you or is someone you know physically unable to visit the library? Did you know the library has a service designed specifically for the home-bound? We offer book deliveries for those who cannot get to a library due to a long or short term disability.

You may qualify for our Home Delivery Service (depending on location availability) if you are unable to use the library due to a personal or physical limitation, whether a physical disability, handicap, illness, advanced age, short- term convalescence, or illness resulting in limited mobility such as cardiac or arthritic conditions.

Books in large or regular size print, periodicals and audio books. You may request specific authors or titles, or the librarian can select materials for you based on your reading interests and preferences.

Individuals or agencies using the service are responsible for lost or damaged items.

Home delivery visits are made 2 weeks apart. A schedule will be discussed with you during the first visit. Materials will be delivered and retrieved on the same day.

For further information please check our Home Delivery Information or call 705-639-2228.
