Book a Computer
We provide free access to the internet and computer workstations for a maximum of one hour per day. Reservations are recommended.
We now have a laptop for in-library use. You need your library card and a piece of identification in order to use the laptop. Please talk to a librarian for more information.
Black and white printouts are available at $0.25 per page. The Norwood Branch also has coloured printouts available at $1.00 per page. Headsets are the responsibility of the patron. At times we may have donated ones for patrons to borrow, but this is not a guaranteed service.
Wireless Access
Each ANPL Branch is a WiFi Hotspot. The library offers free wireless Internet access. Anyone with a laptop or handheld device equipped with a wireless card can connect to the Internet through wireless access. Complete information about this service is available at all check-out desks.
Software Available
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher. The Westwood Branch computers also have interactive programs such as Sims, Populous, Heros III and more.
Electronic Collections
Access our Library Catalogue through the internet. Find newspaper and magazine articles online. Search encyclopedias and other databases.

Staff are ready to assist you in using the software and searching the Web. Although we may not be familiar with every program you wish to use, we will assist you as time and knowledge permits.
